Report a message or a user

In the Groups, press and hold a message: you can report it or block its author. For urgent cases write to info@challengeus.com with the group name and who wrote it.

Delete your account and data

Write to info@challengeus.com from your account's e-mail: we delete profile, activities, daily data, conversations and messages within 30 days. You can also disconnect Garmin and Strava and clear your data in the app, under More.

Activities do not arrive

In More → Data sources check that Garmin or Strava are connected and tap Sync. If the problem persists, write to us.
